What We Support

Books that hold up to government scrutiny

Government contractors live under a different set of accounting rules. Costs must be segregated, allowability tracked against the FAR, indirect rates built and defended, and billing done to each contract's terms, all while staying ready for audits and reviews.

We place accounting and finance professionals who have done this work inside GovCons before, so they spend their first week contributing instead of learning the regulations.

Positions we support

  • Fractional & interim CFOs
  • Directors & VPs of finance
  • Accounting managers & controllers

When Clients Call Us

Common situations we staff for

/ 01

Your first cost-type award

Before a cost-reimbursable contract can be awarded, your accounting system has to pass a pre-award review. We send consultants who set up job costing, timekeeping, and indirect pools that hold up.

/ 02

Incurred cost season

Your incurred cost submission is due six months after fiscal year end. A seasoned consultant builds the ICE schedules and reconciles them to the books without pulling your team off the close.

/ 03

A controller or CFO departure

An interim leader keeps the close, billing, and rate monitoring on schedule while you search for the right permanent hire, or while we find them for you.

/ 04

Growing into CAS coverage

A larger award can bring modified or full CAS coverage and a disclosure statement. We place finance leaders who have guided companies through that transition before.

How You Can Engage

Staffed the way you need it

/ 01

Senior expertise for a set number of hours each week or month, giving you leadership and oversight without a full-time salary.

/ 02

Interim & Contract

Vetted consultants who step in fast to cover a departure, a proposal surge, audit preparation, or a system implementation.

/ 03

Direct Hire & Contract-to-Hire

Permanent placements, or a trial period first, so you know the fit is right before you commit.
